An evaluation board is available for the Amai600 series processors. The board has a socket for plugging in the 600 series DSP under evaluation, a power module and analog amplifiers with AGC for the microphone input. All the host interface port pins are available on a plug in header.

The evaluation board is useful for our customers who:

• Need to start driver and application development on the host before the target hardware with the SpDSP processor has been developed.

• Need to evaluate the processor's algorithms with their own data. To make this process even easier for our clients, a USB interface board and Microsoft Windows application will be available shortly.
